At Peter, we only use the best ingredients to ensure our pizza is deliciously fresh and authentic. We’re constantly on the lookout, both at home and in Italy, for great products from independent, small scale producers who have a genuine interest in the quality of their products.

Our sourdough bases are created using Caputo flour from Naples, which is considered the best in the world, and the dough is fermented for 20 hours to ensure that distinctive soft, flavoursome crust.

Our desserts are made by local Loughborough businesses, Cafe 53 and Chocolate Alchemy. Don’t forget to try our Peterella – a pizza smothered with sumptuous Nutella and sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts (no – you don’t have to share).
